You've likely seen the commercials about a fictitious town called "Denial, Ohio," a place where parents don't believe their children could ever become drug addicts.​

10TV's Jerry Revish shows how one of central Ohio's largest employers refuses to live in the dark when it comes to addiction.

Nationwide insurance developed a program back in the 90's to help employees dealing with substance abuse problems. The company said addiction should be looked upon as a disease, not a character flaw.
