A judge has temporarily blocked the City of Columbus from enforcing its new gun laws.

The Ohioans for Concealed Carry and the Buckeye Firearms Foundation are suing over what the city has called 'common sense' gun laws.

The organizations say the new laws, which include the ban of bump stocks, are unconstitutional.

The restraining order is in effect until July 9 which is when a judge will hear the lawsuit.
