Police search for suspect in 2005 east Columbus homicide

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Columbus Police is searching for information that will help them solve an east Columbus homicide.

On March 8, 2005, around 9:20 p.m. Ronald Bradley Jr. along with three passengers, drove to an unspecified location on Arkwood Place in his 1986 Chevy Monte Carlo.

After parking, a man approached the passenger side of Bradley’s car and began speaking with them. Suddenly, without warning, the unidentified male backed away from the car and two other people approached the car and began shooting.

Police said Bradley and his passengers were hit by the gunfire which caused him to lose control of his vehicle and he crashed into a home in the 1200 block of Arkwood Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to investigators.

The passengers in the car were treated for their injuries at local hospitals.
